Do you mean elaborate on its being a convertible? There appears to be a bolt running through the seat tube at the rear end of the tank. If you remove that bolt, you can slide that end of the tank up and use the seat clamp bolt to secure it in the ~boys~ position. Get me?
I~m quite sure the seat~s original. Tires, who knows. I don~t know if a serial number database exists.

It~s a Roadmaster, and it appears to be convertible from girls to boys, perhaps, by rotating the back end of the tank up to the binder bolt? Roadmaster made a 26" Westpoint model -early sixties approximately -
