"the tin" refers to the missing tin fenders and chaingaurd.
this can be a beautiful bike. I have the correct chaingaurd for it, needs restored, buts its complete and straight. $50 if you want it.

yeah right now wally world has a ladies cruiser with all the parts you need, plus fenders, will look nice, for 99 bucks. can of paint on the fenders, you will have a sweet looking bike.

you may want to consider a cheap walmart cruiser, or a used one from a flea market, put the later wheels and sprockets on it, and ride it while you restore the wheels.
wait till you buy a skip tooth chain. all the wally world stuff will fit it, and you will have new tires for 100 bucks. you can spend 100 bucks on just a chain, let alone oem spokes and nipples.

thanks for the offer, but right now my first concern is to get it on the road; i~m going to try and loosen up those spokes or i~m going to have to rebuild that rear wheel.
