I believe it is around 1938. It is a small female frame.

I myself am looking for info on my circa 1940 Roadmaster...what I know is that Cleveland Welding also made Western Flyers, Hawthorns, Rollfasts. The Roadmaster was introduced in 1936...the 1938-41 models had both tank bars slightly curved, rear facing back wheel drop-outs. The postwar models had the lower mounting bar for the tank which is straight. The Roadmaster Luxery Liner came out in 1948 or 49 and was based on this bike. The mid 1950~s versions had a frame that looked more like a Schwinn. I~m pretty sure the Cleveland Welding name was dropped in 1952 when they were bought out. I also would like info on Roadmaster serial numbers....don~t think they had anything in common with Columbia numbers.
That do you think the approx. date of your bike is ? ?
