The 36 on the hub is the number of spokes, NOT the year. The OTHER stamp, a letter and a number, is the date code.

I thought Morrows had a letter date code and that 36 just stood for 36 hole lacing?

from the 36 stamped in the hub it~s a 1936, ifit is a morrow.
