This motorized bike forum is like a ghost town. Is there anybody out there

Most but not all!
How about the Monark Supertwin and the Marmon twin?
Both were mounted in the frame along with the clutch and pulleys

Have two and not interested in selling them. I do agree with you about this forum. Now that the Schwinn Forum collapsed I wonder where all the collectors went.

I would like to know what memory lane charged you to restore
your whizzer motor. I always wanted one and finally found one and am starting to restore it.I would appreciate all the info you can give me. I am a novice at this so I need all the help I can get. I have parts of 3 motors that I would like to rstore if it isn~t to expensive. Thank you

I am restoring a 1947 WZ Whizzer. Had Memory Lane rebuild the motor. I will probably leave the frame and fenders as is for a while as they are still in original paint. I replaced most of the chrome parts. I also have a 1940 Indian Sport Scout motorcycle but I get just as many comments from the Whizzer. When I show it, I am suprised at all the people that had one years ago.

I love ~em, but I can;t afford them. The thing that makes them so cool is the engine is mounted inside the frame, like a motorcycle. Most other gas powered bicycles have the motor over the front or rear wheel.
